The sketch phase exists so this never becomes a problem: revisions and direction changes are unlimited before you approve the sketch, and we don't start final rendering until you're happy with it. After approval, 3 minor revisions are included free, and extra minor revisions are $10 each.

Lead times range from 3–5 business days for avatar icons up to 14–21 business days for splash art and reference sheets. Lead time starts after payment confirmation and is in addition to the current queue, shown at the top of this page. Need it sooner? Priority and rush delivery are available — mention your deadline in the inquiry.

We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and Wise, in USD, and we work with clients worldwide. Commissions under $150 are paid in full to secure your queue slot. Commissions of $150 or more start with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due after you approve the sketch.

Personal use is always included. For monetized streams, channel branding, or merch, commercial licenses are available for every service — perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive by default. Mention commercial use in your inquiry and your quote will include a flat license price, so you never have to do the percentage math.

Yes. A private commission (+15% of base) means we never display the artwork in our portfolio or on social media. A full NDA (+15% of base plus a $50 flat fee) adds a formal non-disclosure agreement, restricted WIP sharing, and strict confidentiality protocols. Just mention privacy needs in your inquiry.

Before sketch approval, talk to us — we can usually find an option that works. Once you approve the sketch, production is locked in and payments become non-refundable, because the preliminary work they cover is complete. That approval gate is also your protection: nothing proceeds until you've signed off on the direction.
