Request & Quote

Submit your detailed request. We'll review it and provide a quote within 1-2 business days.

Payment & Agreement

Once the quote is approved, we'll send an agreement and an invoice for the 50% upfront payment.

Sketch & Revisions

We create a sketch for your approval. This is the main stage for revisions to ensure we match your vision.

Final Artwork & Delivery

After the sketch is approved, we complete the artwork and deliver the final high-resolution files upon final payment.

You can start a commission through our VGen page, Discord server, or by contacting us via email at hello@chrientmip.com. We'll discuss your project details, provide a quote, and guide you through our streamlined commission process.
Please include: character references or descriptions, desired art style (Full Render, Cel-shade, etc.), composition (bust-up, half-body, full-body), background preferences, deadline requirements, and any specific details about your vision. The more information you provide, the better we can bring your idea to life.
We accept PayPal (USD), Bank Transfer (IDR), and Wise (USD/EUR). Standard commissions under $200 require full payment upfront. Premium commissions over $200 require a 50% non-refundable deposit with balance due before delivery.
Standard character illustrations take 2-3 weeks, while complex artwork takes 2-4 weeks. Timeline varies based on current queue length and commission complexity. We offer rush service for an additional fee, subject to artist availability.
Our standard commission includes 2-3 revision rounds depending on the package. This typically includes 1-2 revisions at the sketch phase and 1 revision at the final coloring phase. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are available for an extra fee. Major changes after approval of sketches may incur additional charges.
If you're not satisfied with the initial sketches, we'll work with you to understand your concerns and make adjustments within the included revision rounds. We're committed to ensuring you're happy with the direction before proceeding to the final artwork. If we're unable to meet your expectations after the included revisions, we can discuss additional revision options or other solutions.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the preliminary work already completed. If you need to cancel after work has begun but before final delivery, we can discuss partial credit toward a future commission depending on the stage of completion. Please note that cancellations after the final artwork is completed are not eligible for refunds.
Absolutely! We work with clients worldwide and provide all communication in English. Our pricing is in USD for international accessibility, and we're experienced in working across different time zones to ensure smooth collaboration.
We offer commercial licensing options. Personal use is included by default, but commercial rights require additional licensing: Indie/Small Business (+50%), Medium Business (+100%), or Corporate (+200%) of the base commission price.
We're happy to work under NDAs for confidential projects. We can sign your NDA or provide our standard confidentiality agreement. For such projects, we maintain strict privacy protocols and can adjust our process to meet your security requirements, including limited sharing of WIPs and restricted portfolio usage. Please mention NDA requirements in your initial commission request.
Full Render includes detailed shading, lighting, and complete finishing touches for a polished look. Cel-shade uses flat colors with crisp lines in anime style. Colored Sketch is a more relaxed approach with looser coloring and softer lines, perfect for a more artistic feel.

Yes! We specialize in expressive emotes perfect for streaming platforms. Single emotes start at $25, but we offer value packs: 3 emotes for $60-75, or 6 emotes for $110-140. All emotes are delivered in the required sizes for each platform and optimized for visibility at small sizes.
