COMMISSION PROCESS
Final rendering only starts after you approve the sketch.
Tell us about the project on VGen, Discord or email, with references, budget, deadline and what the art is for.
We write up the brief and quote one flat price, license and add-ons included. Full payment upfront books your slot. Over $150, we can agree on a plan with at least 50% up front and the rest in written installments.
Rough sketches, revised as many times as you need. Nothing moves to final rendering until you approve the sketch (the Initial Visual Agreement).
You get watermarked progress updates at each stage. Final high-resolution files arrive after full payment, with your license documentation and 7 days of aftercare.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING
Every commercial license is perpetual and worldwide. You pay once and the license doesn't expire. Tell us how you'll use the art and the license goes into your quote as one flat number.
Licenses are perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive by default. Exclusivity options are available: Limited Market Exclusivity (+100%) and Full Exclusivity (+200%).
